1. About Hai Van pass

2. History of Hai Van Pass

Later, when proposing to Princess Huyen Tran, king Che Man gave these two Chau as a dowry. In 1402, after the Ho Dynasty conquered Champa, Hai Van Pass from the Border of the two countries became the land belonging to Dai Ngu.
During French colonial period, although Hai Van Pass was built, it was still very narrow, dangerous, and often had wild animals and robbers, so the French built a railway running the entire length of Hai Van Pass.
