Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests should be submitted via Email or WhatsApp as soon as possible. The cancellation time will be calculated based on when we receive your request.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time depends on your payment provider.
Booking Changes
Changes to pickup time, travel date or itinerary are subject to vehicle availability and operational conditions.
