Hoi An Countryside Tour

Morning Or Afternoon: The tour guide will pick you up at 80 Tran Hung Dao Street, Cam Pho Ward, Hoi An then we will travel to visit Hoi An craft village by bicycle.

Start the journey, cycle about 2km to reach Hoi An Silk Village, this is a place to display and preserve the traditional silk weaving profession with a history of more than 300 years. At Hoi An silk village, you will visit the ancient mulberry garden, the silk house, the Cham weaving house, and the Nine Palaces where antiques related to this craft village are still preserved.

You will witness the entire process of creating a silk product, from raising silkworms to creating cocoons, then taking cocoons to grow silk, weaving silk, and finally dyeing.

Continue your journey, move about 3 km to Thanh Ha Pottery Village, this place has more than 500 years of establishment and development, and the 16th to 17th centuries was considered the most glorious period of the pottery village, its ceramic products of the village were used to pay tribute to the king.

Visit Thanh Ha Terracotta Park  a miniature world of Vietnamese ceramics. The terracotta park in this pottery village has an area of nearly 6,000 square meters is a place to preserve and store ceramic products of Thanh Ha pottery village.

Not only that, you can also witness firsthand the pottery making process of the ceramic artists at this place. You will understand more about the ceramic making process and can try your hand at making your ceramic product.

Continue cycling about 4 km to visit Kim Bong Carpentry Village is a craft village over 600 years old and a place to produce wooden products in many different shapes. You will witness the process of the artisan chiseling the wooden block into shape.

You will have time to cycle around Kim Bong Carpentry Village, see the bamboo weaving process, and can also try making rice paper here.

After the tour, the tour guide will continue to accompany you to return to the original meeting point and return the bicycle to the supplier.
