Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Cancellation:

• Free cancellation available up to 48 hours before the scheduled service
• 50% charge for cancellations between 24–48 hours before service
• No refund for cancellations under 24 hours or for no-shows

Refund Method:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
