What You Experience
4:00 PM Your driver and English speaking tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Hue City Center. Then, start the Sunset on the Perfume River and Dragon Boat.

First, the car will take you to Toa Kham Wharf, starting a private Dragon Boat experience on the Perfume River to Thien Mu Pagoda. It takes about 30 minutes to travel by boat, during this time you can relax in the poetic space of Hue and listen to the tour guide share about interesting things associated with the Perfume River.

Arriving at the boat dock at Thien Mu Pagoda, you begin your journey to discover the mysteries of this pagoda.
Thien Mu Pagoda is an ancient pagoda, considered the most spiritual in Hue, associated with the Nguyen Dynasty. The pagoda was built in 1601 and has many outstanding architecture and artifacts recognized as Vietnam National Treasures.
Learn about Phuoc Duyen Tower, a tower with unique architecture with 7 floors, known as the “Sacred 7 storey tower”, and each floor worships a different Buddha.
Today, the Phuoc Duyen Tower is considered a typical symbol of Hue and often appears on ao dai, conical hats, etc.

Continue to explore Vietnam’s National Treasure is Dai Hong Chung and the stone stele engraved with the poem of Lord Nguyen Phuc Chu, the Lord of the Nguyen Dynasty. In addition, Thien Mu Pagoda also preserves an artifact, the car used by monk Thich Quang Duc to go to the self-immolation site in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh) in 1963.
