All the information below is highly important. Please read it carefully before proceeding with your booking.
By booking online or making a reservation over the phone or by email, you are indicating that you have read and accepted our Booking Conditions. By accepting, you certify that you are an adult (at least 18 years old) with full legal authority to enter into this agreement for yourself and on behalf of all accompanying passengers on your reservation.
As the customer, it is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your booking and travel dates upon receiving the confirmation of travel.
1. Tour price & Rate
SAMTOUR provides offers to customers with all prices quoted in VND or USD. We assure the validity of these prices, invoices, or documents provided to the Customer as per the contract agreement
2. Children’s Policy
- Kids from 0 – 4 years old pay 40% of the tour Price
- Kids more than 5 – 10 years old will pay 75% of the tour Price
- Kids more than 11 years old will pay as Parent
3. Booking and confirmation
Please note that all bookings must be made through SAMTOUR.
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total trip price is required. Once we receive the deposit, it will be understood that you have read, understood, and accepted all our Terms and Conditions. The remaining balance of 70% of the tour price will be payable upon your arrival in Vietnam. Upon confirming your booking, we will send you an invoice by email.
If, for any reason, certain services cannot be confirmed, we will promptly inform you and provide suitable alternative options
4. Payment
Payment for the trip can be made by customers using cash, bank transfer, or credit card. The final payment or remaining balance must be settled 30 days before the departure date. If the final payment is not received on or before the due date, SAMTOUR reserves the right to cancel the booking.
In case you make your booking within 30 days of the customer’s arrival date, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
How can I pay
We accept several payment methods. You can pay all of your bookings or pay separately for each booking by:
- Paypal or Bank Transfer (pay an extra 3% for the transaction fee)
- Credit card at our office (pay an extra 3% for banking fee)
- Cash in VND or in USD at our office or to the tour guide.
5. Cancel
5.1. Cancellation by Customer
If the Customer cancels some or all portions of the booking regardless of the reasons, the Customer agrees to pay cancellation fees as follows:
1. Package tour:
- More than 60 days before arriving: No cancellation charge
- More than 30 days before departure day: we will retain your deposit
- From 30 days to 15 days before departure day: 30 % of the tour price
- From 14 days to 8 days before departure day: 50 % of the tour price
- Less than 7 days before departure day: 100 % of the tour price
2. Daily tour:
- 2 days before departure day: No cancellation charge
- 1 day before departure day : 50% of the tour price
Note: The cancellation time is the time SAMTOUR receives your notice.
5.2 Cancellation by SAMTOUR
In case of force majeure regarding political conditions, natural disasters, wars, etc, we have to cancel the confirmed trip that the Customer has deposited or paid for. In such a case, we will contact you for appropriate alterations or you will get a full refund for your deposit or payment.
We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.
6. Insurance
SAMTOUR is an inbound agency and we do not take care of insurance. Customers are required to have full travel insurance covered. Following our Terms and conditions, it is the responsibility of the Customer to read their insurance policy before they travel with SAMTOUR
However, we can act as an intermediary between your insurer and our service suppliers.
