8:30 A.M.: Your tour guide will pick you up by bike at the hotel lobby in Hoi An, starting a cooking class experience and My Son Sanctuary from Hoi An.
Your first stop will be the bustling local market, where you’ll buy fresh ingredients for your upcoming cooking class.

After visiting the market, you will cycle through the picturesque streets of Hoi An, toward Tra Que Village. This village is famous for its organic vegetable farms. Here, you will have the opportunity to become a real farmer with local farmers. You will learn traditional farming techniques, such as hoeing and growing agricultural products, and gain a deeper experience of fresh organic food production.

After your farming experience, you’ll enjoy a traditional herbal foot soak and foot massage, providing relaxing rest. This soothing treatment is the perfect way to relax before the next part of your trip.

Before lunch, you will start Learning how to cook Vietnamese dishes under the guidance of an English speaking chef. This hands on cooking class will allow you to prepare authentic Vietnamese dishes and you will enjoy a delicious lunch you cook yourself.

After lunch, it’s time to rest to recharge for the next journey.
1:30 P.M.: You will start the journey lasting about an hour to reach My Son Sanctuary.
My Son Sanctuary is a place of worship for Hindu Gods, mainly Shiva, and was built from the 4th to the 14th century. This complex includes more than 70 large and small architectural works, bearing bold architectural features of the ancient Champa people. Although damaged during the war, many of the sanctuary’s towers remain intact. As you explore the reserve, you’ll delve into the rich history and intricate architecture of this ancient site.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to enjoy Cham folk dance performances taking place at the foot of the ancient tower, adding cultural and artistic depth to your tour.
